How To Meditate Instructions

Meditation is a powerful practice that can bring immense benefits to our health and well-being. It is a simple yet profound technique that can help reduce stress, increase clarity, and cultivate inner peace. By integrating Buddhist mindfulness and insight meditation, we can tap into our authentic nature and find a sense of calm amidst the chaos of daily life.

To begin your meditation practice, find a quiet and comfortable space in your home where you can sit undisturbed. This is the practice of special insight, recognizing your true nature as an open and boundless witness.
