Enterprise AI security is a critical concern as generative AI adoption continues to rise. According to recent reports, generative AI adoption has increased by 177% in the last two years. However, enterprise security investments focused on AI risks have only grown by 43%, leaving a significant gap in preparedness as AI attack surfaces expand rapidly.

The SANS Institute found that more than 70% of enterprises experienced at least one AI-related breach in the past year, with generative models being the primary target. Additionally, state-sponsored attacks on AI infrastructure have increased by 218% year-over-year, as highlighted in CrowdStrike’s 2025 Global Threat Report.

For CISOs and security leaders, deploying new AI models at scale significantly expands their enterprises’ attack surfaces. Traditional security tactics and technologies are struggling to keep up with the evolving threats. To address this challenge, CrowdStrike has introduced a new solution by embedding Falcon Cloud Security directly within NVIDIA’s universal LLM NIM.

CrowdStrike’s CEO, George Kurtz, emphasized the importance of intrinsic security, stating that security cannot be bolted on but must be an integral part of the infrastructure. The integration of Falcon Cloud Security into NVIDIA’s LLM NIM aims to provide real-time protection within the AI pipeline itself.

By embedding security directly into the AI lifecycle, CrowdStrike enables organizations to proactively scan AI models for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and unauthorized activities. This approach ensures that enterprises can detect and neutralize threats, such as prompt injection and data leakage, in real-time.

The integration with NVIDIA’s LLM infrastructure offers operational benefits for CISOs and security teams, including intrinsic zero-trust at scale, proactive vulnerability mitigation, and continuous runtime intelligence. This integrated approach to generative AI security is essential as AI becomes a foundational element of enterprise infrastructure.

As generative AI continues to evolve and become a core component of enterprise operations, embedded security is no longer optional. CrowdStrike’s collaboration with NVIDIA redefines how AI systems should be built to withstand the evolving threat landscape. By securing AI with AI, organizations can stay ahead of the curve and protect their sensitive data effectively.
