Coca-Cola to Invest $650 Million in Fairlife Facility Upgrade in Coopersville, Michigan
The Coca-Cola Co. has announced a significant investment of $650 million in upgrading its Fairlife facility located in Coopersville, Michigan. This investment will facilitate the addition of two new production lines to enhance the company’s operations.
Construction on the 245,000-square-foot expansion is projected to commence later this year, with commercial production on the new lines scheduled to begin in 2028, as per The Coca-Cola Co.’s statement.
Furthermore, The Coca-Cola Co. is also in the process of constructing a $650 million plant in Webster, New York, dedicated to processing Fairlife branded dairy products. Ground was broken for the New York facility in 2024, and the company aims to have the 745,000-square-foot plant operational within this year.
This strategic investment by The Coca-Cola Co. underscores its commitment to enhancing its production capabilities and meeting the growing demand for Fairlife products. The expansion of the Coopersville facility and the establishment of the new plant in Webster, NY, are expected to further strengthen the company’s position in the dairy products market.
