New Leadership Announced at MGP Ingredients, Inc.
ATCHISON, KAN. — MGP Ingredients, Inc. has recently appointed Matias Bentel as the new chief marketing officer and Chris Wiseman as the senior vice president of operations.
Bentel joins the company from Brown-Forman Corp., where he previously served as the executive vice president and chief brands officer. His career at Brown-Forman began in 2008 as the marketing director for the Latin America and Caribbean regions, eventually moving up to various marketing leadership positions within the company.
Prior to his time at Brown-Forman, Bentel held the role of regional marketing director at Diageo and was the marketing director of Latin America at Allied Domecq Spirits and Wine.
Wiseman comes to MGP Ingredients from Schwan’s Co., where he held the position of vice president of manufacturing. Wiseman first joined Schwan’s in 2019 as the senior director of manufacturing before being promoted to his most recent role.
Before his time at Schwan’s, Wiseman served as the plant manager at Bimbo Bakeries USA.
