When Might The Fantastic Four: First Steps Arrive on VOD?
While Disney has yet to announce an official release date for The Fantastic Four: First Steps on digital platforms, previous films in the MCU’s Phase Five have typically made their way to VOD between 60 and 67 days after their theatrical premieres.
Box office performance doesn’t seem to sway this pattern, as films like Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and The Marvels hit VOD after 60 and 67 days, respectively. On the other hand, blockbuster hits like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Deadpool, and Wolverine took around 63 to 67 days to reach digital platforms. Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts* also followed suit after 60 days.
If The Fantastic Four follows this trend, audiences in the UK and US can expect to see it on digital platforms between September 23 and September 30, 2025.
It’s worth noting that these dates are speculative, and we’ll have to wait for an official confirmation from Disney.
When Could The Fantastic Four: First Steps be Available on DVD/Blu-ray?
In typical fashion, physical copies of MCU films usually hit store shelves three to four weeks after their digital release. For instance, Deadpool, Wolverine, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Captain America: Brave New World, and Thunderbolts* all arrived on DVD and Blu-ray 21 to 28 days after their VOD debuts.
Based on the predicted digital release dates mentioned earlier, it’s likely that copies of The Fantastic Four: First Steps will be available in the US between October 14 and October 28, 2025.
As for the UK release, expect physical copies to be available shortly after the US release.
