The upcoming 2025/26 Premier League season is set to kick off this Friday, and UK broadcaster Sky is gearing up to provide an enhanced viewing experience for football fans. Sky has announced an expansion of its coverage to 215 matches, a significant increase from the 128 games covered in the previous season.
One of the major highlights of Sky’s coverage expansion is the introduction of Super Sundays, featuring four simultaneous matches starting from 2pm on Sundays. To address the challenge of watching multiple games at once, Sky has introduced Multiview, a feature that allows viewers to split-screen concurrent matches, showcasing goals, key moments, commentary, and analysis.

For viewers accessing Sky through platforms like Sky Glass or Sky Stream, the updates don’t end with Multiview. Sports channels in the TV guide will now feature on-screen reminders for live matches and dedicated Team pages for clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal, providing a comprehensive overview of scheduled matches and additional content such as documentaries.
If you happen to miss the start of a match, you can use the “start from the beginning” option to catch up on the action. Additionally, full match replays will be available after the games have concluded, offering viewers the opportunity to relive the excitement.
While these enhancements are currently exclusive to Sky Glass TVs and Stream media boxes, they are expected to roll out to Sky Q in the near future, according to the official press release.
