- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup, plus 1/4 cup, Florida Orange Juice, divided
- 10 slices milk bread
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- neutral oil
- maple syrup, for serving
Directions:
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, and 3/4 cup orange juice.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak in.
