Samsung has recently introduced the stable One UI 7 update, starting with high-end devices like the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Z Flip 6. The focus is now shifting towards more affordable and mid-range devices, with the Galaxy A54 receiving the Android 15-based One UI 7 update in the US.

Initially launched in Korea and Europe, the One UI 7 update is now available for Galaxy A54 5G units in the US. Carrier-locked Galaxy A54 devices in the US, including those on Metro PCS, AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and Tracfone, are currently receiving the update. The firmware, labeled as “A546USQUBDYE5,” weighs approximately 3.5GB and includes the May 2025 security patch along with various new features such as updated app icons, widgets, animations, Now Bar, AI integration, and improved functionalities.

In the upcoming month, several other Samsung devices will join the One UI 7 club. The Galaxy A05s, A14, A15, A16, and A25 from the A series, along with the A33, A34, A35, A53, and A55, are all set to receive the update. Additionally, the Galaxy M33, M54, XCover 6 Pro, and XCover 7 will also be included in the rollout. Users of the Galaxy A9+, Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro, Tab Active 5, Tab S6 Lite, and Tab A9 tablet can expect to experience the new software in the near future.

With these updates, Samsung continues to enhance the user experience across its range of devices, offering new features and improvements to keep users engaged and satisfied. Stay tuned for more updates as Samsung works towards bringing the latest software innovations to its customers.
