The clash between traditional values such as solidarity and family and the need for peace, sensory boundaries, and predictability can make navigating the holidays challenging. Many people find themselves torn between the desire for connection and the need for rest.

Embrace the uniqueness of your holiday experience and find ways to celebrate in a manner that feels true to you.
