I was driven by the question: “How can we effectively enhance and restore youthfulness to the skin without causing pain or requiring downtime?” This quest ultimately led me to COâ‚‚ therapy. As we continued to witness the remarkable results, we realized that the same science could be applied to intimate skin, offering even greater potential to enhance people’s lives.

How has your company evolved since its inception, and what pivotal decisions have contributed to its growth?

We initially launched with a focus on skin aesthetics and subsequently expanded our offerings to include intimate health solutions, such as enhancing lubrication, sensitivity, vaginal health, and overall youthful function. Today, CO2Lift Gel has also become a standard post-surgical care product. Our key decisions have always been guided by ongoing clinical studies and the positive outcomes observed by forward-thinking healthcare providers who embrace innovation in their practices.

By actively listening to feedback from both channels, we gain valuable insights into people’s needs and how we can continue to innovate.

Can you share a branding initiative or campaign that has elevated your company to a higher level?

Our CO2Lift Pro campaign positioned our product as the “jet fuel” for skin treatments, shifting the perception from being seen as optional to essential. This narrative positioned us as the gold standard in care rather than just a supplementary offering, significantly altering how both providers and patients perceive our brand.

What does success mean to you, beyond just numbers, but in terms of purpose and impact?

To me, success goes beyond mere sales figures or business growth; it is about the impact we create. Hearing stories of women reclaiming their confidence after childbirth or menopause, or patients experiencing more comfortable recoveries post-surgery, signifies true success to me. It is also about attracting top-tier professionals who choose to collaborate with us to advance our brand, as well as consistently attracting leading healthcare providers who trust CO2Lift in their practices. Success, to me, is defined by the impact we make, the credibility we establish, and the caliber of individuals who choose to align with our mission.

How do you personally define success, beyond financial metrics and business growth?

For me, success is measured by the number of lives we positively impact. It is the stories shared by patients and customers who experience renewed confidence and healing, and the ripple effect of those transformations. Success also encompasses providing opportunities for financial growth to families – whether through our partners, sales team, or healthcare providers who can expand their practices by offering something truly innovative. Moreover, success is about enabling healthcare facilities to serve their communities in ways they could not previously. In addition to numerical achievements, success is about making a lasting impact – both personally and professionally.

Can you recall a challenge or setback that ultimately became a defining moment for your brand?

In the early stages, skepticism posed a significant challenge due to the novelty of our approach. Instead of backing down, we doubled down on presenting clinical evidence and education. This challenge pushed us to establish a foundation of credibility and trust, ultimately positioning us as leaders in the field in the eyes of both healthcare providers and patients.

What daily practices or routines help you maintain focus, creativity, and leadership as a business owner?

My day typically begins with prayer, reflection, and gratitude, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. I also prioritize time for exercise and reading, as these activities fuel both my creativity and discipline. Additionally, I make a conscious effort to actively listen to my team, customers, and myself each day, which helps me stay grounded and connected as a leader.

How do you approach innovation and risk within your business strategy?

I believe in taking calculated risks, grounded in thorough research, scientific evidence, and genuine market needs. Innovation, for us, involves anticipating what individuals require before they even realize it, while ensuring that our offerings are effective, safe, and truly groundbreaking.

What advice would you offer to someone embarking on a business venture in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape?

Stay committed to your vision. Despite inevitable distractions and setbacks, perseverance is key. Reinvest in yourself and your business, as growth is directly linked to how much you are willing to invest in your mission. Above all, prioritize building and nurturing relationships.
