Breathwork is a powerful practice that can transform the different dimensions of our being, from the physical to the spiritual. In my online breathwork course, I aim to guide individuals through a process of deepening their practice and understanding the framework I use in my classes.

Moving into the realm of energy transformation, we explore practices like Tummo, which harness the breath and visualizations to work with subtle energy. By clearing blockages and past traumas in the energy body, we can experience a profound sense of connection and vitality.
Finally, breathwork can facilitate awareness transformation, allowing us to connect with our true Self. By identifying with our fundamental consciousness, we can experience a sense of oneness and unity with all that is. Practices like ‘sky breathing’ can help dissolve boundaries and tap into our limitless potential.
