Various operators are rolling out a range of new limited-time offerings on their menus, giving customers something to look forward to.
Taco Bell Introduces Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas
Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, is building on the popularity of its cheesy street chalupa by launching the chicken bacon ranch street chalupas. This new limited-time offering includes roasted chicken, bacon, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, avocado ranch sauce, and cheddar street chalupa shells.
According to Liz Matthews, global chief food innovation officer at Taco Bell, “Chicken bacon ranch is a classic flavor combination that resonates with many people. By incorporating it into our street chalupas, which continue to gain popularity with each new variation, we are providing a fresh platform for this iconic duo to shine in a way that is uniquely Taco Bell.”
Applebee’s Unveils Cajun-Inspired Dishes
Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar is showcasing two new Cajun-inspired dishes: the bayou shrimp bowl and the big easy burger. The bayou shrimp bowl features blackened shrimp, Andouille sausage, green beans, bell peppers, onions, Spanish rice, and a Cajun sauce. The big easy burger combines a beef patty with Andouille sausage, pepper jack cheese, spicy honey mustard, and citrus slaw.
Taco Cabana Adds Flavorful Limited-Time Items
Taco Cabana is expanding its menu with a variety of limited-time offerings. These include two popcorn shrimp-focused items: the popcorn shrimp taco duo and the popcorn shrimp wrap. Additionally, they are introducing a series of fajita melt tacos with options for grilled chicken or steak. To top it off, they are featuring the guest-inspired chamoy cherry bomb margarita, which includes black cherry puree and chamoy.
