The Motorola Signature is a new flagship phone from Motorola, distinct from their previous Edge series. Priced at £899, this model aims to offer a premium experience with a sleek design and high-end features. The device boasts a slim profile at 6.99mm thickness and 186g weight, with a textured finish available in two Pantone colors.

In terms of design, the Motorola Signature follows the familiar Motorola aesthetic with a textured rear panel, a large camera array, and curved edges. The phone is IP68/69 and MIL-STD-810H certified for protection, with a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 display for added durability.

The standout feature of the Motorola Signature is its impressive 6.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2780 x 1264 and a 165Hz refresh rate. The display offers vibrant colors and high brightness for HDR content, making it a joy to use for multimedia consumption.

Under the hood, the Motorola Signature is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, coupled with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. This hardware combination ensures smooth performance and fast app loading times. The phone also supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 for the latest connectivity standards.

On the camera front, the Motorola Signature shines with a quad-camera setup featuring four 50MP lenses. The main camera offers a wide f/1.6 aperture for impressive low-light performance, while the ultrawide and telephoto lenses provide versatility in capturing different scenarios. The phone also supports 8K Dolby Vision video recording for high-quality video content.

In terms of battery life, the Motorola Signature packs a 5200mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. While the slim design of the phone limits the battery capacity, fast charging capabilities help mitigate this issue.

On the software side, the Motorola Signature runs on Android 16 with Moto Hello UI and Moto AI. The phone promises 7 years of software updates, ensuring longevity and security for users. However, some users may find the software experience cluttered with unnecessary additions and bloatware.

Overall, the Motorola Signature offers a compelling package with its premium design, high-quality display, powerful hardware, and versatile camera system. While it may not stand out in every aspect, it provides a solid option for users looking for a flagship experience at a slightly more affordable price point.
