We look forward to working with him to further enhance our success in the market.”
Nicolas Catoggio, who previously held the position of CEO at Post Consumer Brands, has transitioned to the role of executive vice president and chief operating officer of Post Holdings. Catoggio will work closely with Pearson during the leadership transition period to ensure a smooth handover.
Post Consumer Brands, known for its wide range of grocery, cereal, snack, and pet food products, is the largest business under Post Holdings. With brands like Honey Bunches of Oats, Pebbles, Grape-Nuts, and Nutrish in its portfolio, the company reported sales of $4.02 billion in fiscal 2025.
Pearson will be based at Post Consumer Brands’ headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, and is expected to lead the company towards continued growth and success in the coming years.
